Doublestruck has been in business for more than 10 years producing software for teachers. Most of our work is concerned with assessment and we are particularly interested in products that meet teachers' needs

Our products are very widely used in UK schools. Testbase with QCA material and Exampro with AQA material are the most well-known as they have been on the market for more than 10 years.  ExamWizard for Edexcel  was successfully introduced in 2005, while ExamQuest for OCR was released in 2007. Our software is also used by the International Baccalaureate Organisation for its IB Questionbank products introduced in 2006.

Testbase products are to be found in more than 90% of UK secondary schools and more than 70% of UK primary schools. We also produced an interactive version of one of the Testbase products for primary schools: FlashyDucks

We work very closely with partners in education and take very seriously the importance of educational quality in the design of our products. For example, we worked with educational partners QCA (Qualification and Curriculum Authority) and AQA (Assessment and Qualification Alliance) on a UK government project to produce an innovative interactive e-assessment for gifted and talented students: the World Class Tests project.

In addition we undertake consultancy for examination bodies and carry out our own research on a limited scale.
